To Friends and Family:
As an oncology nurse and cancer survivor, I know how what it's like to hear the words “you have cancer. " Life changes instantly. Even surrounded by love and support, the experience can feel incredibly isolating. There are fears, questions, and emotions that are hard to explain and even harder to carry alone.
For 53 years, Cancer Lifeline has been a steady place to land in the midst of cancer’s uncertainty. They provide licensed counselors who listen without judgment. They offer support groups filled with people who truly understand. They create opportunities for art, movement, and educational classes that offer both practical tools and creative release. They host retreats where connection deepens and healing begins in community.
Every program is offered free of charge so that cost is never a barrier to support. This level of care is only possible because of community members who choose to give.
Thank you for visiting my page and helping me to raise funds to help ensure that this support remains accessible to everyone who needs it.
